Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing: 

Current processing times are extended to up to 5 business days due to the Holiday Season! Bulk Orders are extended to up to 10 business days.

• All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.
• Free Shipping for Subscription Box orders.
  • P.O. Boxes CANNOT be used for Shipping.
  • Please Note: USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control. UPS SURE POST and UPS GROUND are different services with different estimated transit days.
    • UPS SURE POST = 7-10 business days from ship day.

• Add-ons will NOT be offered, unfortunately as it interrupts the printing of orders. 
• USPS packages do NOT have insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen.
• UPS packages, if there is any damages or missing items from your order please take multiple pictures of the packaging and e-mail them to us at Support@kreative-kustomz.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Double check your shipping address. We will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
• Double Check that you entered an email address during your checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers.
  • • Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folders to be sure you're accepting our e-mails.
